After signing up, you will have 30 days to begin your training. Once you’ve started, you can log in and out of the training as needed. Your progress will be saved. However, the final exam must be taken in its entirety in one sitting.
Once you start, the training will last for 2 hours, as required by the PLCB. This will give you plenty of time to read through the material and answer practice questions. After the 2 hours of training, you will complete a 30-question final exam. You must score 80% or better on the final exam to receive your training certificate. Upon passing the final exam, you will also be able to download a PDF version of the RAMP server/seller manual for reference.
If you do not pass the first time you must retake the entire course before taking the exam for the second time. You may take the exam as many times as necessary to pass, but you must re-take the training before each exam.
