History
The curriculum in this course was originally developed by Lynn Hainer who served as an approved PLCB RAMP server/seller classroom trainer from 2001 – 2013. She transitioned online until her retirement in 2024. Lynn brings a wealth of experience to her RAMP certification training program. Including:
- involvement in the Alcohol Industry for over 30 years
- owning, operating and working her own bar and restaurant for 28 years
- previously serving as President in the Washington/Greene Tavern Association
- previously serving as President of the Pennsylvania Tavern Association (PLBA)
